In Development: Essence 3 games in 1

Essence (currently in development) is a multi-tiered card game for or 2 more players. The Essence core set includes 3 games based around the four archaic elements. Game II adds additional mechanisms, and game III adds even more depth.

Essence of Balance teaches players how the four primary elements (earth, wind, fire, water) interact with each other in a game similar to the traditional card game “war”.  Balance is a multi-player rock-paper-scissors game.

Now that you know how the elements interact, Essence of Prowess introduces a combat system and Skills to help the students of magic gain mastery over the craft of wielding the elements.

With the combat system and Skills learned, players can now become adventurers in a cooperative RPG-like narrative game. Essence of Wisdom adds quests and scenarios to the game.

In Essence, players play the role of magic students learning to master the fundamental essence of reality.
